Originally a bank built in the late 1800's, the space is now home to a local bar, artisanal chocolate, cheese and wine shop, as well as two residential condominiums. Prior to renovation of the entry, none of the pendants worked, the walls were peeling, the corridor floor was stained, and the landing and stairs were incompletely carpeted. The space was badly in need of refreshing, and even organization. A partition and safety door were installed to separate the residential from the retail, walls were repaired and repainted using Benjamin Moore's Chantilly Lace, the trim picked out in silver. New Kichler LED pendants -- on a timer -- were installed, and limestone-based resilient floor tiles in a terrazzo-look by CLEO quartz flooring

finished the space.
