Set in the Downtown Historic District, and on the third floor of a building that had been once both a furrier and a bank, this window- and detail-filled loft condo lacked cohesion and suitable lighting.

Natural hardwood, the original glass walls and bay windows provided texture and interest; adding recessed lighting throughout and a fresh, modern coat of paint, brought brightness and harmony to disparate spaces. Charcoal grey anchored the back elevator wall to the front fireplace.
