A refreshed front entrance. Fresh paint, slate-look porcelain flooring added throughout the first floor, Red Oak hardwood installed on stairs and second floor. Japanese mosaic penny tiles accent the stair risers, and Japanese hex tiles highlight the large backsplash. New cabinetry and fixtures provided storage in two bathrooms and the kitchen. "Mink" Marble slab was used in the kitchen and pulled into the diningroom atop additional storage. New appliances, including a hidden drawer dishwasher complete the kitchen. Recessed lighting, on dimmers, was installed throughout the townhouse. The patio was updated with more slate-look porcelain pavers.
