Overhauling an open-plan loft apartment in the LoDo neighborhood of Denver, this renovation has multiple phases which include painting the walls, updating the lighting fixtures, and adding a new shower enclosure and bathroom fixtures for both the primary and the powderroom. The artwork was professional hung, and additions continue to the construction and furnishings.
